Our Team

Ross is a Co-Founding Partner of Kreos and is responsible for originating, assessing, and managing transactions as well as general management of the firm alongside the other partners. Prior to Kreos, Ross spent ten years with AIG in New York and Paris as well as two years at American Airlines HQ. Ross has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas and holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.

Raoul is a Co-Founding Partner of Kreos and is responsible for originating, assessing, and managing transactions primarily in Israel, also across Europe as well as general management of the firm alongside the other partners. Prior to Kreos, Raoul gained experience at Apax Partners in Israel, as well as Friedman, Turbidy & Co. in New York. Raoul studied law at Bar-Ilan University and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Marten is a Co-Founding Partner of Kreos and is responsible and is responsible for originating, assessing, and managing transactions with a particular focus on the Nordics and the DACH region. Alongside the other partners, he is also responsible for general management of the firm and executing Kreos’s strategy. Prior to Kreos, Mårten has held a variety of roles including time at UBS Warburg and Ernst & Young in the Nordic region. Mårten holds an MSc from Stockholm School of Economics and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a dual major in finance and financial control & planning.

Since establishing Kreos, Maurizio has focused on building a market leading position for the firm through originating, assessing and managing transactions across Kreos’s target regions, predominantly in the healthcare space. Alongside the other partners, Maurizio is also responsible for general management of the firm and executing Kreos’s strategy. Prior to Kreos, Maurizio held several different roles as a successful manager, advisor, entrepreneur and investor. Maurizio has a doctorate in mechanical engineering from the University of Rome, and an MBA from INSEAD.

Aris joined Kreos in 2016 is responsible for originating, assessing and managing transactions across Kreos’s target regions, predominantly in the healthcare space. Alongside the other partners, Aris is also responsible for general management of the firm and executing Kreos’s strategy. Aris has more than 20 years of experience financing innovative and high-growth companies having previously held positions at NBGI, DB Capital Partners and Cabot Square Capital. Aris holds mechanical engineering degrees from MIT (SM) and Imperial College (B.Eng) and an MBA from INSEAD.

Parag joined Kreos in 2019, and manages Kreos’s operations, finance, and compliance teams, providing deal-level support to Kreos’s portfolio companies, and participating in the management and execution of overall Kreos strategy. Prior to joining Kreos, Parag was Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer at MML Capital Partners LLP, where he was responsible for investor relations, fund raising, finance and operations across the group. Parag has an MBA from the University of Exeter and is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.

Sean is involved in executing deals in the UK and continental Europe as well as participating in the management and execution of overall Kreos strategy. Prior to joining Kreos, Sean had a variety of roles in the equity investments and leveraged finance areas of Lloyds Banking Group as well as Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander, and ANZ Australia. He holds a degree in economics from the University of Western Australia and GradDip in applied finance from the Financial Services Institute of Australia.

Christoph is based in Munich and joined Kreos in 2020. He is responsible for sourcing and managing investments in Germany and across Europe with a particular focus on special opportunities coming out Kreos’s large portfolio of existing investments. Prior to joining, Christoph was a Managing Partner with Cipio Partners where he helped build up the firm’s primary and secondary investment strategy. Christoph holds a business degree from French University EAP/ESCP as well as an MBA from INSEAD.

Uri is based in Tel Aviv and joined Kreos in 2019. He oversees the deal life cycle including identifying new leads, assessing potential deals, and performing investment analysis, as well as post-investment monitoring. Prior to joining Kreos Uri worked as a Partner at Viola Credit and was CEO at Sigma Partners. Uri holds a BA in Business Administration and Geography from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as well as an EMBAF in Finance.

Sonia joined Kreos in 2021 and supports the General Partners in the entire deal life cycle including identifying, assessing, and performing investment analysis, as well as post investment monitoring. Prior to joining Kreos, Sonia was a Senior VP responsible for Healthcare Corporate Banking CEMEA at DNB, overseeing the client portfolio, managing relationships, and providing financing to mid-size and large companies in the sector. Prior to this, Sonia was a VP of Business Development at Ipsen, in charge of in-licensing and acquiring new drug candidates from early to late stages of development and as a M&A Manager at Rothschild & Co. Sonia is a former assistant professor and researcher at CentraleSupelec School of Engineering. She holds an MBA from HEC School of Management, and a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Université de Paris.

Cian joined Kreos Capital in 2014 and works across all areas of the deal life cycle including origination, execution, and portfolio management. Prior to joining Kreos, Cian worked at the Business Growth Fund, a UK based private equity investor with a £2.5bn balance sheet, focusing on growth stage equity investments. Cian holds a commerce degree from University College Dublin and an MSc in investment management from Cass Business School, London.

Chris joined Kreos in 2016 and is responsible for deal sourcing, execution, and monitoring. Prior to Kreos, Chris was a management consultant at the Parthenon group and has held corporate finance roles at Ernst & Young and Deutsche Bank. He holds a BCom in finance and economics from the University of Otago, is a CFA Charterholder and a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.

Shane joined Kreos in 2019 and is responsible for deal sourcing, execution, and monitoring. Prior to Kreos, Shane worked in the investment team at LGT Private Debt, a European midmarket debt fund.Shane joined Kreos in 2019 and is responsible for deal sourcing, execution, and monitoring. Prior to Kreos, Shane worked in the investment team at LGT Private Debt, a European midmarket debt fund. Shane has a BA in English and Philosophy from the University of Nottingham, a diploma in Economics from the University of Warwick and is a CFA Charterholder.

Melissa joined Kreos in 2017 and supports all aspects of the deal life cycle including pre-investment analysis and post-investment monitoring. Prior to joining Kreos, Melissa worked as a strategy and M&A analyst at Accenture. Melissa holds an MA in international studies from the Graduate Institute Geneva and the University of St. Gallen, and a BA from the University of Limerick.

Tim joined Kreos in 2018 and supports all aspects of the deal life cycle including pre-investment analysis and post-investment monitoring. Prior to Kreos, Tim worked as an associate at Barclays in the venture capital coverage team, engaging with venture capital firms and portfolio companies to coordinate the delivery of banking services and debt structuring. Tim holds a BA in business economics from the University of Liverpool.

David joined Kreos in 2021 and supports the General Partners across entire deal life cycle activities – from origination, deal assessment and investment analysis to post-investment monitoring. Prior to joining Kreos, David worked as a Vice President at Greensill Capital focussing on deal origination and client management – particularly in relation to principal financing transactions that supported customer growth acceleration plans and Technology, Media & Telecommunications coverage. Previously David worked as an Associate Director (Vice President) in Westpac’s Institutional Bank and in National Australia Bank’s Corporate & Institutional Bank focussing predominately on Technology, Media & Telecommunications coverage. David holds a BA in Finance & Economics from the University of Sydney and a Charter in Financial Analysis from the CFA Institute.

Ragna joined Kreos in 2019 and supports all aspects of the deal life cycle including pre-investment analysis and post-investment monitoring. Prior to joining Kreos, Ragna worked as an associate at BCI Finance in the Credit Opportunities Fund, providing debt financing to early-stage FinTech and Alternative Finance businesses in the UK and Ireland. Ragna holds a BEng in engineering from University of Warwick, BSc in economics from Lund University, Sweden, and an MSc in entrepreneurship from Lund University.

Alex joined Kreos in 2018 and is responsible for all aspects of the deal lifecycle including pre-investment analysis and post-investment monitoring. Prior to Kreos, Alex was an associate at Lawson Conner supporting strategy, operations, and M&A efforts, a project manager at Go4Venture and ABN AMRO on the equity finance desk. He holds BSc degrees in both finance and economics from DePaul University Chicago.

Todd joined Kreos in 2017 and is working across both the Portfolio Analysis and Investment teams. Before joining Kreos, Todd was on the graduate training programme at UBS and prior to that, worked in the credit risk team at Lloyds Bank. Todd holds an MSc in investment management from Cass Business School and a BA in business management from the University of Reading.

Jonny joined Kreos in 2020 and supports all aspects of the deal lifecycle including pre-investment analysis and post-investment monitoring. Prior to Kreos, Jonny worked as a Corporate and Investment Bank Analyst at Investec where he gained exposure across the Venture Capital, Investment Banking, and Private Equity Fund markets. Jonny holds a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Exeter.

Myrto joined Kreos in 2021 and supports all aspects of the deal lifecycle including pre-investment analysis and post-investment monitoring. Prior to joining Kreos, Myrto worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at RBC Capital Markets, where she worked within the Healthcare Advisory Team. Myrto holds a BSc in Philosophy and Economics from the London School of Economics and a MSc in Finance from Imperial College London.

Maria joined Kreos in 2020 and supports all aspects of the deal lifecycle including pre-investment analysis and post-investment monitoring. Prior to joining Kreos, Maria was an Investment Analyst at The Lab Ventures in Madrid, where she worked within the investment team, sourcing new investments and conducting investment research. Maria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from ESADE Business School and a Master’s degree in Business Analytics and Big Data from IE School of Human Sciences and Technology.

Levi joined Kreos in 2019 and supports all aspects of the deal lifecycle including pre-investment analysis and post-investment monitoring. Prior to Kreos, Levi was a founding venture associate on the investment team at Columbus Capital, a blockchain focused venture firm. Levi has a BSc in statistics and finance receiving first class honours from the London School of Economics.

Rahil joined Kreos in 2021 and supports all aspects of the deal lifecycle including pre-investment analysis and post-investment monitoring. Prior to joining Kreos, Rahil worked as an Investment Analyst at Augmentum Fintech, where he worked within the investment team and gained exposure to sourcing and investing in growth stage FinTech and Alternative Finance businesses across Europe. Rahil holds a MSc in Management from London Business School and a BA degree in Geography from the University of Durham.

Mat joined Kreos in 2019 and is responsible for all aspects of investor relations and business development at the firm. Prior to Kreos, Mat worked at Asante Capital, a global private placement agent, fundraising across a wide variety of asset classes. Mat has a BSc in international business management from Cardiff University and is a registered Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (“ICAS”).

Sukh joined Kreos in 2019 and supports the General Partners and Investor Relations by providing performance analytics, portfolio modelling and market analysis. Prior to Kreos, Sukh worked at Columbia Threadneedle, an asset manager, as an investment risk analyst. Sukh has a BSc in mathematics with economics from Aston University and has passed CFA Level 1.

Sarah joined Kreos in 2020 and is responsible for financial management, reporting and corporate matters in relation to Kreos’s active funds. Prior to joining Kreos, Sarah was Assistant Controller at TowerBrook Capital Partners and was responsible for accounting, reporting and corporate matters in relation to TowerBrook’s funds and London management company. Sarah holds a Diploma of Business from Western Institute of Technology, New Zealand.

Nathan joined Kreos in 2020 and is responsible for financial management, reporting and corporate matters in relation to Kreos’s active funds. Prior to joining, Nathan worked as a Manager in the Banking & Capital Markets Audit team at Deloitte, where he was responsible for conducting audits of a range of FTSE-listed and private clients, as well as the implementation of various internal initiatives. Nathan holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Surrey and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Tommy joined Kreos in 2018 and supports the Kreos team in all aspects of fund financial management. Prior to joining, Tommy worked at Irani & Gressier as an accounts assistant and credit controller. Tommy holds a degree in business management from Queen Mary University of London, and is currently working towards a professional accounting qualification.

Izabela joined Kreos in 2017 and supports the Finance team in all aspects of fund financial management. Prior to joining, Izabela worked at Barham Global as an account assistant where she assisted with the day to day tasks such as cash management and financial reporting. Izabela holds an Association of Accounting Technicians (“AAT”) accreditation and is working towards an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”) qualification.

Elena joined Kreos in 2019 and supports the Finance team in all aspects of fund financial management. Prior to joining, Elena worked at Usedful Ltd as an account assistant. Elena holds an Association of Accounting Technicians (“AAT”) accreditation and is currently working towards an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”) qualification.

Ash is responsible for the overall IT security, strategy and support of all Kreos’s IT infrastructure in all its locations. Ash has worked at the European Space Agency designing and implementing several classified networks across Europe and also provided global support for the Publicis Groupe SA.

Holly joined Kreos in 2019 and is responsible for all aspects of office administration. Holly brings over 5 years of administrative experience in office management, human resources, and compliance. Holly holds qualifications in business administration and is completing a bachelor’s degree majoring in human resource management.
